Even though the Kalahari Gemsbok National Park is a very baron and dry region of South Africa, 5 amphibian species, that comprise of Frogs, Cacos and Toads, manage to live in the park. The life line for these amphibians are most probably the man-made pans, waterholes and boreholes.
