Kalahari's Luxury Accommodation

The Kalahari Gemsbok National Park in South Africa has very good accommodation and it makes your stay in the Kgalagadi so much more enjoyable. There are two (2) main types of accommodation you can find in the Kalahari Gemsbok National Park. The 2 types include the traditional rest camps (There are 3 of these in the park) and the wilderness rest camps and tented camps, of which there are seven (7) and wherever you choose to stay (Of the 10 available to you) you will not be disappointed. Listed below are the different rest and tent camps you can find in South Africa's side of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park:

Traditional Rest Camps

The traditional rest camps have many facilities available to you and these camps are all fenced and are situated in different areas of the park.

Wilderness Rest Camps And Tented Camps

These wilderness camps are unfenced and you are as close to the Kalahari as you ever could of dreamed of. Not many facilities are available but it's great to stay at anyone of these camps.
